Internship in Young Adult Ministry
Position Overview
UPPC is invested in growing an authentic, grace-filled, inclusive community of people age 18-22 who live into the good news of Jesus together.  Interns play a major role in helping UPPC define and shape our ministry to young adults, with the freedom to build and develop the direction of the ministry under the guidance of mentors and the support of UPPC's resources.

Communications and Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview
The Communications & Marketing Coordinator participates in the development of the church communication strategy of University Place Presbyterian Church (UPPC) and is responsible for ensuring a consistent experience across multiple communications touch points including brand management that speaks into marketing, print materials, website, and social media.
This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) position reporting to the Associate Pastor. As a full-time employee this position comes with a generous benefits package.
Most work will be done on-site at UPPC with some possible remote work flexibility. The work week is typically Monday-Friday during regular office hours with occasional Sunday and evening work for church-wide events and holiday services.

Sunset Christian Preschool

Sunset Christian Preschool (SCP) is a ministry of University Place Presbyterian Church drawing families from University Place and Tacoma neighborhoods.

We provide children a foundation of Christian faith alongside an educational experience that develops the whole child - spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, and physical. We inspire a life-long love of learning through the development of each child's unique gifts and talents.
